Rebecca Boys-Rowe
Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber
Bsc (Hons) RN V300
Rebecca qualified with a Diploma in Nursing from the University of London in 1997.
Whilst working in the NHS she specialised in Plastic, Maxillo-facial and Burns surgery and in 2001 Rebecca was promoted to Sister in the regional burns unit at Chelsea and Westminster hospital where she first worked with Dominic Bray. She then went on to work for Macmillan as a clinical nurse specialist in head and neck oncology at St Georges hospital in London. She has worked with Dominic Bray since 2015 and is undoubtedly one of the most experienced nurses in the UK in non-surgical rejuvenation after facelift surgery.

Linda RGN
Practice Sister
Having known Dominic for over 20 years, Linda brings a wealth of clinical knowledge to her role at Azara.
Previously worked alongside him in the NHS. Dominic was delighted to tempt her to join the team in 2018, fondly remembering not only how effective and capable she is, but also the sense of humour and calm presence she brings to the clinical environment.
Alongside her clinical responsibilities, Linda also plays an important role in managing the clinic’s CQC standards and governance processes, helping to ensure the highest levels of patient safety and care are consistently maintained.
Linda plays an integral role in the smooth running of clinical operations and is dedicated to supporting patients throughout their surgical journey and recovery, always ensuring they feel comfortable, cared for, and at ease.

Laura-Jayne
Nursing Manager
Laura joined the Azara team as our Nursing Manager and Dr van Gijn’s scrub nurse.
With over a decade of experience in perioperative care, advanced nursing practice, and healthcare leadership, Laura is a highly experienced Nursing Manager and Independent Nurse Prescriber with a background spanning acute, emergency, and critical care settings.
Laura qualified as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) in 2015 and gained extensive experience in anaesthetics across a wide range of surgical specialities, including trauma, obstetrics, orthopaedics, plastics, ENT, urology, gynaecology, gastroenterology, and emergency care. She also worked within post-operative recovery and intensive care
She later progressed into a specialist Surgical Assistant role within transgender reassignment surgery, developing advanced technical skills alongside a compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
In 2020, Laura completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing and moved into advanced nursing practice. Since then, she has held several senior leadership roles, including Matron for Theatres within an NHS Trust and Resuscitation Lead within a private hospital setting, overseeing perioperative services, patient safety, workforce development, clinical governance, and staff education. Her additional qualifications include a Nurse Prescribing Postgraduate Certificate and Minor Surgery certification.

Zdenka RN
Scrub Nurse & Surgical Assistant
Zdenka qualified in Nursing in her native Slovakia in 1993, gained an Operating Theatre diploma in 2003, and completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2006.
She has worked exclusively alongside Dominic Bray since 2013, becoming an integral part of his surgical team.
Dominic often describes her as his “third and fourth hand” in the theatre due to her exceptional attention to detail and dedication. Their working relationship has been built over many years and is often described as being almost like a dance, with Zdenka instinctively anticipating Dominic’s next steps during surgery.
Together, they regularly travel internationally for live surgical teaching, where their seamless teamwork and shared commitment to surgical excellence are highly regarded.

Hazel
Peri-Operative Nurse
Hazel qualified as a nurse in 2023 from the University of Greenwich, following the completion of a nursing apprenticeship with Bromley Healthcare.
She went on to work on a rehabilitation ward, caring for patients recovering from orthopaedic surgery. Hazel has a strong interest in wound care and, during her time on the rehabilitation ward, took on the role of Tissue Viability Link Nurse after completing a specialist tissue viability course at King’s College London in 2025. She is the newest member of our clinical team, joining Azara as our perioperative nurse.

Deirdre
Night Nurse
Deirdre was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland, where she obtained her nursing degree from Trinity College Dublin.
She has worked in both trauma and elective orthopaedics in Ireland and England, before spending several years in a general surgery ward covering all aspects of post-operative care. Deirdre joined Azara in 2021 and brings a wealth of experience in caring for patients overnight, having worked as a night nurse for over 20 years.

Susie
Night Nurse
Susie joined Azara in 2022 as a member of the night nursing team.
She trained at the Royal Free Hospital and is a highly experienced registered nurse with over 30 years’ expertise in post-operative care. Throughout her career, she has worked across the full spectrum of general surgery, with extensive experience in all areas of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Susie is also qualified and competent in high dependency care, providing specialist nursing support for acutely unwell patients requiring enhanced monitoring and intervention.

Kim Harrington
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
Kim is a Vodder trained Manual lymphatic drainage therapist who also specialises in Deep Oscillation therapy and has worked with Dominic since 2016.
With over 20 years in the management of pre and post-operative care, her approach is not only to help lymphatically but to offer a calming and therapeutic experience for the patient.

Darren
Director of Patient Care
Since joining the team in 2017, Darren has worn many hats, gaining a wealth of experience in various roles within the organisation.
Darren is dedicated to ensuring that every patient receives exceptional support from their initial contact through every step of their journey.

Jo
Practice Manager
Jo joined the team in April 2023 as the Practice Manager, bringing with her over two decades of experience in senior management roles.
She is responsible for overseeing the clinic’s operations, HR, compliance, and financial management. Jo ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, supporting both the team and the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Olivia
Patient Coordinator
Olivia joined the clinic in 2026 as Daniel’s Patient Coordinator.
With over four years of experience in luxury aesthetic practices, Olivia is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive experience for every patient. She enjoys guiding patients through each stage of their treatment with confidence, care, and attention to detail, ensuring they feel comfortable, informed, and well looked after throughout their personalised experience.

Front of House / Receptionist
Laura joined the Front of House team at Azara in 2020, bringing with her a background in private medical insurance.
Her experience has given her a strong appreciation for the importance of excellent patient care. Warm, personable, and approachable, Laura enjoys getting to know patients and helping them feel at ease throughout their time at the clinic. She takes pride in providing a friendly and supportive presence, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and well looked after during each visit.

Anna
Front of House / Receptionist
Anna joined the Front of House team at Azara in 2024, bringing with her a background in account management within private medical insurance.
This experience has given her a strong understanding of patient care pathways and the importance of clear, supportive communication. Anna creates a professional yet welcoming environment for every patient, whether they are visiting for the first time or returning for ongoing care. Known for her calm and approachable manner, Anna is always on hand to assist with any queries and to help ensure each visit runs as smoothly as possible.

Hafsa
Housekeeper
Hafsa joined Azara in 2020 as our housekeeper.
She is an integral part of the team, helping to create the calm, clean, and welcoming environment our patients value so highly.
