Lesley has a big event coming up and asked my advice about looking as good as possible. She has a proportionate a beautiful face but had noticed loss of definition in the lower third and neck in recent years. For this we undertook and face and neck lift and platysmaplasty. She has gorgeous eyes and I thought we could frame them better with a conservative upper blepharoplasty and lower eyelid CO2 laser.
Lesley is doing really well the morning after. A little alien much like everybody at day one, the next couple of days will be tough but I am confident she is going to look amazing when healed.
A week later and Lesley is healing really well. The upper eyelids are almost healed and the last of the lower eyelid laser crust will peel in the next few days. Lesley’s facial shape is beautifully rejuvenated. She will feel very swollen at week one (as everybody does) but this will settle and diminish over the next couple of weeks. She is on her way to a lovely result. I see her next at 8 weeks as she lives abroad.
2 months out from her procedures and Lesley is looking refreshed and fantastic. All is healing beautifully now. She has a little rosacea on the cheek so I have used the pulsed dye laser to help homogenise this just after these photos. She is going to start on Prescription skin care to get her skin in the best possible condition from today, but already looks lovely.Despite this attempt at result sabotage Maureen looks fantastic! Her eyelids beautifully frame her eyes, her jaw and neck lines are pleasing and her mid face remains voluminous. Lovely result for a really lovely lady.
14 weeks out now and Lesley is back in London so pops in for a review. Surgically everything has healed and settled beautifully leaving her with a defined, sculpted face and beautiful eyes. The pulsed dye laser has worked well on the cheek thread veins but poor Lesley has really dry skin from her skincare. I have reduced and omitted a couple of creams and this should moisturise naturally pretty quickly. Her skin quality however is amazing.
